This document outlines the service fulfillment procedures and policies of Consultwise LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for clients (“client” or “you”) utilizing our services through our website, www.software4.net .
When partnering with us, we aim to ensure a clear understanding of our operational framework and your expectations. You acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions detailed herein by engaging with our services.

This policy details our service delivery framework and the conditions under which refunds or credits may be applicable. All financial transactions and payments are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).
Service Delivery Protocol
We leverage digital solutions to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our services:
Digital Delivery: All deliverables, including reports, strategies, designs, and other project outputs, will be transmitted electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, email, secure digital links, cloud storage access, or interactive virtual presentations.
Adherence to Timelines: We are committed to meeting agreed-upon project deadlines. However, timely project completion often depends on client collaboration. Delays from outstanding client information, feedback, or unforeseen issues with third-party services are outside our direct control and responsibility.
Refund Policy Overview
Our refund policy is structured to be fair and transparent, reflecting the investment of our resources upon project commencement.
4.1 No Refunds After Work Commencement
Refunds are generally unavailable once Consultwise LLC has initiated work on a project or delivered any preliminary outputs. This includes initial planning, setup procedures, meetings, and any direct service work performed.
4.2 Monthly Service Fees
Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the respective billing cycle has commenced. For cancellation procedures, please refer to Section 7.
4.3 Prepaid Plans
Clients with prepaid multi-month plans may be eligible for a partial refund for unused full months upon early cancellation. Please note:
Setup fees and any discounts applied for the prepaid commitment are non-refundable.
A cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s standard service rate may apply.
4.4 Billing Error Resolution
Should you identify a billing error, please notify us via email at info@software4.net within seven (7) calendar days of the charge date. We will conduct a thorough review and rectify any validated discrepancies.
4.5 Exceptional Refund Circumstances
In rare cases, Consultwise LLC may consider refunds for:
Duplicate charges for the same service.
Demonstrable failure to deliver core services as explicitly outlined in the Agreement.
Significant errors directly attributable to our team render the delivered work unusable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
Cancellations initiated after work has commenced.
Services delivered align with the agreed-upon scope and explanations.
Non-utilization of delivered work by the client.
Refund requests submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after the final delivery or charge date.
Non-Returnable Services
All services provided by Consultwise LLC are considered non-returnable. Refund considerations are exclusively managed according to this policy’s terms outlined in Sections 4 and 5.
Service Cancellation Procedures
To ensure an orderly cancellation process, please adhere to the following:
7.1 Notice Period
Clients must email a written cancellation notice to info@software4.net at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the next billing cycle begins. Failure to do so will result in cancellation taking effect at the end of the subsequent billing cycle.
7.2 Minimum Service Commitment
All monthly service plans typically require a minimum commitment of three (3) months, unless otherwise stipulated in the Agreement.
7.3 Early Cancellation Fee
Clicking a monthly service plan before the initial three-month commitment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) month’s standard service rate.
7.4 Post-Cancellation Protocol
Upon effective cancellation, the following steps will be taken:
All outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the cancellation date must be settled.
Any completed and paid-for work will be transmitted to the client.
Access to tools and accounts created by Consultwise LLC on the client’s behalf may be removed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.5 Service Reactivation
If you wish to re-engage our services, a reactivation fee may apply, and new service rates will apply.
Inactive Project Management
If a project experiences thirty (30) calendar days without client response, Consultwise LLC reserves the right to pause or close the project. In such instances, eligibility for refunds will be forfeited. Reactivating paused or closed projects may involve additional fees and a revised timeline.
Refund Processing Fee
All approved refunds will be subject to a seven percent (7%) administrative processing fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Client Support and Issue Resolution
For any questions, concerns, or refund requests, please contact us at info@software4.net within seven (7) calendar days of service delivery. To expedite resolution, include your name, business name (if applicable), project date or contract ID, and a detailed concern description. Our team will acknowledge your inquiry within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve the matter promptly.
